** Available for Pick up from 9:30am onwards Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun - times can be arranged) ** Drop off times are flexible - please give us set 2 hours notice on ETA ** ** Pick up available between 4-6pm for 50% of day rate for those who want to pack the night before ** Covid 19 - The van is disinfected thoroughly after each use. Cleaning Supplies and Hand Wash/Sanitiser is provided. LOCATION: Pick up is in Smeaton Grange. SERVICE FEE: Covers the amenties, Full Disinfect, Cleaning equipment and restocking. Mattress Protectors.

• • Cleaning packages are available as an optional extra. If a cleaning package is not selected, the caravan must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition it was received.
• • All dishes, cookware, cutlery, utensils and kitchen items must be washed, dried and packed away prior to return.
• • The toilet cassette must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned prior to return unless a toilet cleaning package has been purchased.
• • The BBQ must be cleaned after use. Failure to clean the BBQ will incur a $200.00 excess cleaning fee.
• • The caravan must be returned free of excessive dirt, mud, sand, food waste and rubbish.
• • Any excessive cleaning required beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning charges.
• • Any stains to mattresses, bedding, upholstery, curtains, awnings or furnishings may incur professional cleaning or replacement charges.
• • Smoking, vaping and the use of illegal substances inside the caravan are strictly prohibited.
• • Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
• • Cooking foods that produce strong, lingering odours is not permitted inside the caravan. We ask that guests be considerate of future hirers and utilise the outdoor BBQ where possible when preparing foods with strong aromas.
• • The caravan must not be taken onto beaches, through salt water, creek crossings, or any area that may cause damage to the caravan, its components or accessories.
• • Caravan awnings must be retracted during strong winds, storms, or whenever the caravan is left unattended. Damage caused to awnings due to weather, misuse or negligence may be the responsibility of the hirer.
• • Only approved toilet chemicals and toilet paper are to be used in the caravan toilet system.
• • Roof access is strictly prohibited unless authorised by Casual Travellers.
• • Hirers must not modify, repair or alter any part of the caravan without prior approval.
• • Accidents can happen, and we understand that from time to time items may become damaged or broken during a hire. We simply ask that any damage, faults, incidents or broken items are reported to us as soon as possible, no matter how minor. Whether it is a chipped plate, broken cup, damaged fitting or larger issue, notifying us allows us to repair or replace items before the next guests arrive and helps us maintain the high standard of our caravans for all hirers.
• • Hirers are responsible for ensuring the caravan and its contents are secured when unattended.
• • Any missing, damaged or unreturned accessories, equipment or supplied items may incur replacement charges.
• • Delivery and collection times must be agreed upon prior to hire. Additional charges may apply where delays are outside the agreed arrangements.
• Thank you for treating our caravan as if it were your own. We take great pride in maintaining our fleet and want every guest to enjoy the same clean, comfortable and wellequipped experience.

  We had a few things go wrong but Adam and Julie were great to fix the issues. A little more communication on the repercussions of the van needing resetting would have helped us understand the situation w the battery v the fridge needing resetting and this was left and our food spoiled. Understandably they were very busy with the event and other vans that were also attending.

  The van was fantastic as were the owners Only message is to ensure you know if 2 bunks or 3. The 3 bunks are perfect for kids but tight for adults. The double bunks perfect. Very clean, very helpful owners very happy to use again
