Hiring rules

  • Offroad is allowed with owner agreement.
  • No smoking in van.
  • Caravan must be returned clean and tidy condition and no later than 5pm on the agreed return date , unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • If caravan is returned excessively dirty cleaning fee will apply.
  • Any damage fault or issues must be reported immediately to the owner. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a wonderful weekend away in Traveller's Rest! The van is so easy to set up and has everything you could possibly need. William went above and beyond to make sure we were all sorted. Big comfy beds, and totally self-sufficient for offgrid stays, including diesel heating, and ample power. Wish we could give it 6 stars! Thanks so much William

    We hired the van for a couple of nights as we are looking to upgrade our current set up. Martins communication and flexibility do pick up was amazing, he gave a really thorough handover, the van was really clean, stocked well and was available for any questions we had throughout our trip. Overall a really good experience.
