We hired the van for a couple of nights as we are looking to upgrade our current set up. Martins communication and flexibility do pick up was amazing, he gave a really thorough handover, the van was really clean, stocked well and was available for any questions we had throughout our trip. Overall a really good experience.

We had the BEST week away in Williams Ezytrail caravan, camping in the Snowy Mountains. Weve travelled in many different vans, motorhomes and caravans with our growing family and the layout of this caravan was by far our favourite. A luxurious king sized bed that fit all 4 of our family for snuggles at night. As well as two really big bunks. (The bottom bunk was even big enough for mum to snuggle with our 3 year old). The combined shower and toilet was very spacious and easy to use and the addition of the inside fridge as well as the larger outside fridge was super handy for grabbing quick things for the kids without going outside every time. The outdoor kitchen had everything! It was super easy to use and put away. William and Jen had also thought of everything, too. They had first aid kits, crockery for 4 people, games for the kids and rainy days, and even biscuits and fresh water in the fridge for us. They went through how everything works and were happy to answer questions. We had a couple of questions about the water pump and controls after we left (which turned out to be super simple to use), but William was still happy to help on the phone to guide us through the first time using them. All together it was a 10/10 trip, made even better by hiring from amazing people. Thank you for helping us make such wonderful memories with our kids. We will hire again for sure. This caravan was amazing. Van had everything needed. William was amazing to deal with. Very helpful with everything. Will definitely rent this caravan again. Loved it!
