Special towing information
Van will only be hired to people with a suitable towing vehicle. If your not sure, please ask. Your towing vehicle is required to have a 260kg ball weight capacity and a minimum 2500kg towing capacity. Electric Brakes and towing mirrors are a requirement for the towing vehicle. If you do not have Electric Brakes fitted you will be able to use the ElecBrakes fitted to the caravan after downloading the required app. We can also supply you with towing mirrors for your trip.

We charge a $99.00 service fee. This covers everything we feel you need to have a successful caravanning experience. This fee includes but is not limited too Camping essentials Basic pantry (eg coffee, tea & sugar, cooking oil etc) Basic toiletries First aid kit Camping chairs Camping table and picnic table Webber BBQ (Gas included) Towing Mirrors
Hiring rules
- Upon the conclusion of your rental period, the van must be cleaned inside and out thoroughly, all kitchen items used to be washed and put back in their place. The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned out.
- If the van is returned in a not satisfactory condition, a $99.00 cleaning fee will apply. If the toilet is not emptied and cleaned, the cleaning fee of $149.00 will apply.
- Please be aware there is a 3 DAY minimum booking period, or 6 days during the NSW school holidays.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Wes 3.5The van was good, everything worked and it had most things you need for a trip away in terms of plates and cutlery etc. unfortunately that van was very dirty inside when I picked it up and I spent half a day cleaning it before we took off on our trip. I raised this with Rob and he acknowledged the issue but did not offer a discount or to refund the cleaning fee. Overall 3 out of 5 stars
Christopher 5.0I had a great time. Van was easy to tow and even easier to setup and breakdown. With no experience it literally took me less than 20 minutes. Everything that we needed was included. The only thing I could possibly have asked for was spare bin liners. Had a fantastic time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
