Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking inside.
- Caravan must be returned clean and tidy.
- Toilet cassette MUST be emptied or a $200.00 charge applies.
- Pickup and dropoff only available after 5pm on weekdays, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- No offroad driving, no beach driving, no extended gravel roads, no unsealed roads.
- Report all accidents and/ or damage immediately.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Meagan 4.8We had a great time in Shorina and Karls van. Such a cute little van, with so much room and plenty of storage. It had everything we needed and more! Karl was great during handover and communication was great.

Highly recommend Shorina and Karl, their communication was amazing and made the whole experience very easy.
