Has all the living comforts air conditioning(240v power only) & 12V Fans, Full kitchen setup Stove (3 x Gas top & 1 Electric ) and comes with all the eating utensils and cooking appliances and equipment for both indoor and outdoor. Fridge (12v/240v/Gas).Van comes with full outdoor setup - Butane Dual stove , folding tables , 4 x Chairs, bins. Has all the technology - 3 x Smart TV(12v/240v) one for each bunk bed ! , Multiple Device charge points & GPS Tracker. 450W solar panel on the roof backing up 2 x 170ah AGM batteries .Caravan comes with all 15amp power cables, water and sullage hose & levelling ramps, awning sun shade and all awning tie downs. This Cavan has a shower toilet and basin . Hot water system that can be run on 240watt Electric or Gas. 240watt oil heater supplied as well. This Van is NOT an Off-road van and doesn't have the ground clearance to travel on anything other then a sealed road. Non-smoking Caravan inside , outside is fine obviously hahaha PETS ALLOWED - We will allow House trainer small/medium pets as well , as our Pug travels with us regularly.
