- Delivery fee
- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Hazel 5.0Fantastic experience using James' van. He was very accommodating of a last-minute booking and gave us comprehensive induction. Communication was amazing. The van itself had everything we needed as a family of 4. Very comfy, easy set up, utensils etc provided. We had a great time - thank you James!
