Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Then call me!
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage. If there is any evidence of the van going on unsealed roads without approval then a off road cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply as a minimum to get the undercarriage cleaned and inspected for damage.
• 🚬 No smoking inside the van
• No candles inside the van.
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
• 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains and awning. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my van and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometer allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  3-day hire. Drove a fair distance and Martha ran perfectly. Ive never driven a Mercedes Sprinter before and it was comfortable and ergonomic to sit for long periods. It has a small turning circle for a big van and the reverse camera made it easy to park without a worry. It handled very well on narrow windy roads and hills, plenty of power. Great set up with pull-out outdoor kitchen and good sized fridge inside, indoor table and sooo much storage inside and in the back doors for luggage and camping gear. My phone connected easily for music & phone calls, which Ryan helped me set up before I left. Thanks Ryan!
