Perfect for families- this is a spacious 2022 model caravan with double doors, giving the kids their own access and room at the back. It sleeps 5, with a queen sized bed at the front and triple bunks at the rear. This caravan has all of the amenities to make your holiday comfortable, including a smart TV so you can login to your streaming services, a great sized fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, large shower and separate toilet, washing machine and outdoor shower. Each bed has its own fan for those warmer nights. It's also fully stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances and dinnerware. It comes with an assortment of kids toys and games to keep the family entertained, including a cricket set, battle blocks, cards and colouring in books and pens for the kids.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES: Times can be flexible and negotiated to suit both parties. PRICING: OFF PEAK RATE: Mon-Thurs $130.00 per day Fri- Sun $150.00 per day PEAK RATE (school holidays, long weekends and events): Mon- Thurs $150.00 per day Fri- Sun $170.00 per day TOWING REQUIREMENTS: Your vehicle will require a 3.5t towing capacity DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer drop off up to 100km from Mitchelton. Each delivery will be quoted based on dates and distance from site. The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. POWERED VS UNPOWERED SITES For full functionality, powered sites are recommended. On unpowered sites, lights, usb points, the pump for water (sinks, shower and toilet), and fridge will all work fine. The aircon, microwave and PowerPoints won't work. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable.

Hiring rules

Towing up to 150km away from the Brisbane CBD only
No smoking inside
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
Vehicle must be returned cleaned/in the condition it was provided in otherwise additional fees will be charged see optional extras if you wish to pay for cleaning
Toilet must be emptied prior to return or a cleaning fee of $119.00 will apply
Any damage must be reported immediately through the Camplify App, including details of what, where, when etc
PICKUP/ DROP OFF
Pickup and drop off times can be flexible and negotiable
You will be provided an overview of the setup upon collection, please allow at least 30minutes
DELIVERY
Delivery is available upon request and for a minimum 5 night booking within 100km from Mitchelton. It will be dependent on our availability.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Great holiday. We hired from Michael and he was very responsive when I had questions about the fridge which I did not know how to operate properly. Van is great, very well equipped, perfect for a family of 4.
