We offer a convenient delivery and set-up service to your chosen location, up to 300km from Wavell Heights How it works: ✅ We deliver the caravan to your site ✅ We set everything up so it’s ready to enjoy ✅ We return at the end of your trip to pack down and collect Delivery Fee: Pricing varies depending on distance and booking dates. Keep in mind that our we must travel the full distance four times (drop-off and pick-up), so a minimum fee applies. Enjoy a hassle-free getaway — no towing, no setup, just arrive and relax! 💡What does the Service Fee Cover? ✅ Gas usage ✅ Regular maintenance and upkeep ✅ A thorough handover to get you familiar with the van IMPORTANT Note: ❌ Cleaning is not included – The van must be returned clean, or a cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply (especially for sand, mud, or salt) ❌ Toilet emptying is not included – This can be done by you or arranged for an additional fee of $99.00 Any additional cleaning or servicing required may be deducted from your bond. We appreciate you taking care of the van as if it were your own.
Hiring rules
- • Care of the Caravan – Please treat the van with care and respect, as you would your own. It must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Any damage or faults must be reported immediately.
- • No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure no smoke or ash enters the van.
- • Toilet Use – A toilet is provided for your convenience; however, it must be emptied prior to returning the van otherwise there will be a $99.00 cleaning fee
- • Awning Use – The awning must be retracted and secured in windy or bad weather conditions.
- • Return Condition – The van must be returned in a clean condition. All bedding is to be stripped, rubbish removed, and the fridge emptied.
- • PickUp & DropOff Times – Standard collection and return times are 8:00am or 4:00pm unless otherwise arranged. The pickup day is considered Day 1 of the hire.
- • Tow Vehicle Requirements – A suitable tow vehicle is required, being a large SUV or 4WD with a minimum towing capacity exceeding 3.5 tonnes.
- • If towing the tow vehicle must have brake controller
- • Licence Requirements – Drivers must hold a current, full Australian open car licence.
- • Minimum Age – Hirers must be 25 years of age or older
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Calum 5.0It was our kids first time staying in a caravan and they loved it!! The caravan had everything that you could need for your trip away. The van was spotless when we picked it up. Tina and Tony were great to deal with, they were very comprehensive when handing over the van and were happy to answer all the questions I had. We will definitely be hiring again in the future!
