Hiring rules
- Pets allowed upon Approval Pet fee will be charged
- No Off Road
- Min Driver age 25
- No Smoking inside the Van
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Van must be cleaned or risk a fee if not opted for Cleaning Fee
- No Cooking of Exotic Foods inside the van that would leave a lingering smell or a Cleaning Fee will be charged.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

James 5.0This van has everything you need, from off grid power to comfort its the best option we saw. We stayed at Bathurst Mt Panorama in the no power and were able to run no dramas along with the big water tanks that we only had to refill once for our 5 night hire. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an off grid option and sticking to regular campsites. Along with the quality of the van, the quality of this business is amazing, willing to answer every question I had with kindness and professionalism from first contact to pick up/drop off.
