Very nice camper in excellent condition. We loved our weekend away in it. Alex could be a little better about knowing how much water and gas are in it. The kitchen could be a little better equipped too. Overall a good guy to deal with though.

Unfortunately there were a few things that I was disappointed with in regards to this hire experience. The van itself was fantastic and perfectly suited what my family needed for the weekend, however the listed items included in the hire were not particularly accurate. There was no linen provided or camp chairs and a table as was stated. This was annoying as it meant I had to pack extra items that I had not planned for. The van was also very dirty on the outside and inside too. I ended up washing it externally before I left on my trip and when we arrived we had to vacuum everything inside as it was covered in sand from the owners previous trip. The cutlery and plates also required cleaning which was disappointing. There also wasnt much provided to actually use. I have also recommended to the owner that when a customer arrives he has the van on the street and ready to go as I myself was asked to hook up and drive it down his very steep driveway, out of a very tight carport. It also meant that the van could not be fully opened to demonstrate set up. Overall the van was great and we had an amazing weekend, however the owner will need to take the hire business a little more seriously if he wants to keep it up. If people are paying money to hire it they expect a certain level of experience and basic cleanliness.
