We absolutely loved our time with crystal, it was our first campervan trip and crystal had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and at nighttime it was super cute with the fairy lights. Crystal comes with a gas cooker, pots and pans and utensils, so was really easy to make food in the van, and sit outside on the folding camping chairs that are provided in the van. I was pleasantly surprised finding a tripod in the van which we took everywhere with us and now have some incredible photos! Theres also a portable shower but we didnt use this. The van was super easy to drive, its a manual and takes petrol but this was not a problem for us as we are used to driving manuals at home. We found the solar power really useful as we didnt understand how to use the powered sites at the campsites lol. We had no problems at all with crystal, we drove the van sensibly and with respect. We had prompt replies from Vinicius and Stephany which was really nice too as its our first time using camplify. I have recommended crystal to all of my friends and would love to take another trip in the future! Thank you Vinicius, Stephany and crystal

The vehicle was perfect for my needs as a windsurfer, both in terms of equipment and the layout of the interior, as I was able to store my windsurfing gear inside the vehicle, and the technical features, such as the electrical system, worked very well. However, the vehicle was already in a heavily used condition; at 17 years old and with a total mileage of 340,000 km, it was extremely worn out, which I had not expected. Some repairs had also been carried out in a very sloppy and simple manner, which ultimately led to me having to go straight to a workshop at the very first fuel stop because the fuel cap wouldnt open. It wasnt a big job for the mechanics, but it still cost me several hours. Three days later, when closing the tailgate, I heard a loud noise and the gas strut came out of its mounting. I managed to fix it temporarily, but the issue kept coming back every day, so I had to visit another workshop. Vini understandably expected a cost estimate, and when it arrived the next day and the repair was feasible, I was told to wait because they were trying to get the repair done more cheaply. At that point, I really couldnt understand it anymore, because it was already the third workshop visit within five days and unfortunately it was what I expected as Ive seen the car the first time live. As I said, the vehicle is actually perfect for my needs. In my opinion, though, its overall condition is in need of major refurbishment.

Vinicius was super helpful. The van was exactly what I needed and I had a great trip around the south west for 2 weeks with no issues. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had more than I needed.

We had such a nice time in the van. It is truly efficiently organised and as newbies at roadtrips, we found it really easy to stay in this van as everything just made sense. Vinicius was super nice as well, and it was really easy agreeing on practical things about pickup/drop off of the van. 10/10 experience!

It's the second time I rented with Vinis and everything worked well. The van runs smoothly, air con works, reverse camera and extra battery for charging our stuff. The fridge is pretty handy and decent capacity. He changed the mattress recently for extra comfort.
