My friend and I travelled in Ophelia for just about 3 weeks from Cairns - Brisbane and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Ophelia is perfect in every way!!! And she got sooo many compliments from fellow campervan friends. Rhiana was an absolute angel to communicate with. If youre thinking of booking Ophelia, do it!!!! You will not regret it one bit!

The booking process and communication was exceptional as well as being very punctual and always helpful. Rhiana genuinely cared that we had a great time and checked in from time to time. We absolutely LOVED the van , exceptional quality and having done a few trips we can say it was everything we needed and expected for the price , absolute value for the money.

We had a major issue during our 2 days trip with Ophelia. The ventilation fan didnt work. We had a very warm and sweaty night. When we give the van back to Rhiana and communicate about the issue, she kindly offered to pay a reimbursement for the rental, but later she started blaming us for the damage and as today i havent received any money. She kindly offered to call an Uber for us, when we were waiting for the bus on the way back home, for then kindly charge the cost of the ride to us, as part of the reimbursement.

Highly recommend Ophelia, we rented it for 8 nights from Palm Cove to Cape Trib and into Atherton tablelands. We had no issues with the van it drove really well. The kitchen set up is really good, great size fridge, internal fan above the bed is very handy as is the internal sink. The best feature is the wrap around awning great for shade or staying dry during the rain. We had a hassle free collection and handover. No issues with communication, Rhiana regularly checked in at the start, mid way and for handover. Pleasure to deal with, we would 100% recommend for anyone travelling TNQ.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with the van "Ophelia" and its owner, Rhiana. The entire process was fraught with issues, starting with extremely difficult communication prior to pickup. I had to contact Camplify just to get a response from the owner, which was already a bad sign. The problems continued during the handover. Rhiana did not want to do a proper handover either at the start or the end of the rental. The brief description of the vans features, connection points, and equipment location was completely inadequate. The van itself was not as described: - The gas stove was unusable because the gas tank was nearly empty. Rhiana claimed it was operator error and refused to help, forcing us to buy another gas tank at our own expense and waste valuable time. She did not reimburse us for the cost or the time wasted. - The listing mentioned a toilet, but none was provided. - There was no camping table, despite it being listed in the description. - The coffee machine was also missing. The van was in poor maintenance condition throughout. For example, the sink outlet was disconnected, causing water to spill onto the floor of the van instead of draining outside and one of the big drawer was extremely difficult to open or close. Additionally, we encountered a mechanical issue where the brakes sometimes failed to release after taking pressure off the pedals, which was a significant safety concern. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I cannot recommend renting "Ophelia" from Rhiana. The description is misleading, and the lack of maintenance and proper equipment, along with poor communication, made for a stressful trip.

We had an absolute ball in this van, we wanted to experience what Van life was like and we were very comfortable in Ophelia. She had absolutely everything we needed and wonderful memories were created! In conclusion, Van life is definitely for us! I look forward to seeing more of Tropical North Queensland this way again. I will definitely be keeping a look out for this van again. Thank you

We had an incredible trip up in northern QLD in Ophelia. The van had everything we needed and ran smoothly! Was a real luxury having a fan for the warmer temperatures. Rhiana was super responsive via text and answered questions promptly. Would definitely recommended hiring this van!

An incredible experience! The van, no words, everything was neat, well thought and worked perfect. Beautiful designed. The communication with Rhianna definitely made the trip better, she was able to answer all the questions before, during and after the trip. I am so happy with my experience cant wait to book the Ophelia van again sometime in the future.
