It was quite disappointing as we were unable to utilise the shower / toilet; bathroom vanity or kitchen sink due the 12 volt water pump not working on a stand alone water supply. The van appeared clean & tidy at the handover but unfortunately all the crockery, food storage containers; & baking trays/ dishes had to be thoroughly washed prior to use as they were either dirty or very greasy.
