The van was very comfortable and clean, the aircon worked very well and cooled the whole van down nicely. The van comfortably slept 4 people and had a good amount of storage. The awning coverage was good but needed a few hands to put up and down. Quite easy to drive. Overall we would stay again :)

We recently hired Manahari's motorhome in Brisbane for sixteen days, we were very excited but we found some issues in the motorhome. It came with no a/c even if featured on the website, as well as an old battered fridge that didn't work properly and the freezer? Another featured item that didn't exist. Regarding the a/c: we ended up booking a motel for some of the days of our stay, spending further money, because our 2 small children were really poorly from staying inside, sweating with increased heartbeat. In QLD, especially when visiting certain areas, nobody would rent it if the owner was honestly advertising the motorhome with no a/c during summer, with temperatures reaching 40° inside the cabin. We booked months in advance, they should have checked and fixed it/taken out the feature from Camplify. Regarding the fridge: the fridge is not fixed at the frame properly so it slips during the drive especially at the roundabout or close turns. During the handout we were not informed that using battery operated by solar panel it lasted 2 hours (even though we have the impression it wasn't working at all), so Ideally you have to pick a powered camping site and just stay there. Or bring your own sort of fridge... but what about about people that fly over to Brisbane? We couldn't fly a camping fridge! It is all very unpractical. The impression we had regarding cleanliness was that the camper was only quickly tidied up. We used wipes to clean the car doors, and they came out dark brown! Under the top bed there were cookies crumbs and overall surfaces felt sticky. Pipes need a good clean from mold with probably some sort of chemical. We understand that renting brings challenges such as having to deal with the cleanups, but we presume cleaning the spaces is part of the price the renter pays not only their own efforts to be tidy. The hose provided to refill the water tank is too short and came without any different tap attachments that you could find in the campgrounds (we had to ask to neighbours/camping manager to borrow the hose because we could not reach the motorhome from the tap with the short one provided). Owners of campervans want money, this is clear, and the company Camplify didn't help us when we asked for partial refund, they told us to deal with the owners ourselves. What can I say? A family only has few weeks of holiday during the year, we didn't like to be scammed and asked to dealt with it ourselves, we just wanted anice relaxing time. Featuring services on the website probably increases the value of the owners campervans, please people be aware of what actually work and what not. Another reminder: Motorhome is an old Mazda with charm, it is very hard to cope with steep climbs, the driver must continuously decrease the gear. Driving requires caution!

Amazing travel It was an incredible trip, the van is great, highly recommended, it fits 4 people perfectly, and you have everything you need, the only drawback I could make is that the refrigerator does not cool very much if it is not connected to the power, but it still works somewhat with gas. Manahari is always there if you need anything. We left the upper bathroom window open and it broke with a branch, but we solved it with Manahari and everything was perfect. I would rent it again in the future.

Great little van, don't expect to go quick and a gas kettle in the utensils would be a great addition in the future.

A very good experience with Manahari ... he was helpful, communicative and helped us by providing his van at very short notice after our other van fell through. We were very appreciative. We would definitely use Mana again.

Great communication, the van was a bit older than expected, didn't use the toilet/shower or the stove as they were extra fees on top of what I already paid. The van was comfortable and easy to drive, not very comfortable for me to sleep being a bigger guy.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Mana and family were so accommodating of my last minute booking request and of everything else along the way. Cannot speak highly enough of their warm welcome, helpful handover and great communication. The van was compact and easy to drive with everything you need to have a relaxing weekend or off-grid holiday. Loved everything
