This was an unbelievable experience. Elenor is a great set up and Claire was absolutely lovely to deal with. The handover takes approx. 45 mins but is worth every bit of it to get a great run down. Cruising speed is between 80 - 90 km/h so allow plenty of time for travelling. (eg - Bright to Melb on Googler maps is 4.5 hrs. In Elenor its 6 + but that's part of the fun) Super comfy and great fun. I could not recommend this adventure more highly. You'll have a ball.

We had a fantastic time on our 1 week holiday down the great Ocean Road to south Australia and the Grampians. The van was easy to drive and very comfortable.

Eleanor is a grand lady, she really is a treat. Claire and Richard have thought of everything, so there was no need for us to pack to the hilt to cater for our weekend. I can't give them more praise. The vehicle is a pleasure to drive and was so comfortable we will definitely be using her again. I have no qualms about recommendig Eleanore to anyone who is looking for a camping experience, without all the hassle :-) What a weekend for our kids, excitement levels through the roof!! Great job Claire and Richard.

Van travelled well, all we needed was in van

Rv was well equipped (although seemed to be missing a couple of the listed items in description and photos) and kids in particular enjoyed a few days away in it. Owner had good communication before and during the rental. However please be aware the owners seem to expect you to fully clean the van with outside guerney and vacuum before it is returned (although no cleaning equipment is provided to do this) and nor is this noted in the rules. We had borrowed a friends vacuum to clean the inside thoroughly and the outside was not excessively dirty in any way as wed only been parked in a caravan park for 3 days and hadnt used toilet, shower, bbq etc yet the owners sought to impose an excess cleaning fee. Thank you to a Camplify who investigated the claim promptly, agreed this was unreasonable and arranged for the claim to be withdrawn but we did find this really disappointing when we had tried to do the right thing by cleaning the inside thoroughly borrowing vacuum etc. If you are a hirer and prepared to cop an extra amount to be added when you return the RV even if youve cleaned it then dont let it bother you!

Great experience. We had an fantastic family break away in Eleanor. Easy to drive, very well equiped and comfortable. A thorough handover made using all the facilities very easy.
