Adem is a fantastic communicator that has a real passion to ensure you enjoy your trip in his van. A completely off grid van that has everything you need. Would highly recommend him.

Ricks caravan was a great balance of size, weight, and functionality. The dimensions were spot-on -- spacious enough to be comfortable, yet compact and well-balanced for towing. It was easy to handle on the road and didn't feel cumbersome, even for longer drives. One pleasant surprise was how practical the outdoor kitchen turned out to be. It was thoughtfully set up and genuinely useful, not just a "nice-to-have" feature. We ended up using it far more than expected. The handover process was very thorough and well explained, which made the whole experience stress-free. Communication with the owner was excellent -- clear, responsive, and very well aligned with our expectations. Although we encountered a couple of minor unexpected issues along the way, they didn't impact the overall usability or enjoyment of the trip. Overall, a very positive experience, and I'd happily recommend both the caravan and the owner.

Everything was fantastic! The van was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, and Wayne was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldnt finish our road trip due to a fall I had in the mountains, but Wayne was very available and responsive, making it easy for us to return the van earlier. We hope to come back one day to finish this journey that was cut short. Highly recommended!

Shane was amazing! Communications were clear and timely. The van was set up before we got to the holiday park & everything that was needed was supplied. I will definitely be a repeat customer, highly recommend.

Van drove really well, great acceleration and smooth handling. We took it off grid use for 3 days and had no trouble at all with the large water tank and off grid power system that never seemed to get below 50% - including a couple long hot showers. The kitchen was super functional with a deep sink, big fridge, 240v outlet for portable induction cooktop, outdoor gas bbq, cooking utensils, hooks, and large pantry. The living area had comfy seating for 2-3 people and most importantly the mattress was thick and comfy. We were in the van on some hot days and it also stayed cool with two internal fans. The host Rheanna was really accommodating with a super easy pickup and orientation at Launceston airport and drop off at Cataract Gorge. Can't wait to book the van again!

We loved the van. It was super comfortable with the mattress toppers and really easy as we got the linen package. The van was all set up for us when we got to the camp site and packed after too, couldnt have been easier! Great communication with David as well. Would definitely hire again.

I took Shelley on about a two week trip up the coast. Isabella was absolutely amazing extremely professional kind and understanding. She walked me through the whole process and really assisted me as Im someone who hasnt travelled solo before. dealt with any issues amazingly and everything ran very smooth. I will definitely recommend hiring Shelly. I had an amazing trip.

Great Caravan would hire again

The van was fantastic, a great experience for my 3 & 5 year olds. Avril and her husband were amazing to deal with and their communication was excellent. Loved it!

It was an exceptional trip in an exceptional van. Monique was a great and rapid communicator with a comprehensive handover. Monique and Luke obviously take pride in the van as well as the extras which come with it ( head torches, table and chairs, chargers, marquee, window shades). The queen bed is very generous and comfortable. Great to have seating for four. Easy to drive ( even for me with only small car experience)

The van is very basic but quite adequate for the purpose and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Matt was good to deal with and very efficient in the setting up and packing up. All good.

The van was awesome! So clean, comfortable and stocked with everything and anything you could need. We could have literally just packed our clothes. Dave and his wife were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to book again!
