From start to end Greg, Mim and their Van were superb. After an unfortunate start to our family trip meant we needed to make new plans quickly, Greg & Mim had has sorted within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble, they had their van and extras ready, offered delivery and provided a 90 minute in person training session on all the things us amateurs needed to know to have a successful trip. Greg & Mim are the loveliest people, we felt supported and encouraged the whole time we had their van, and they were available if/when we needed guidance. The van itself was fantastic for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. With the fridge/freezer, microwave and cook top we were able to enjoy a fantastic holiday without having to blow out the budget on takeaway and meals out. We had intended to do free camping which the van is fully equipped for, but due to sickness decided to stay at powered sites in parks. We didnt end up using the ensuite as we had no need, but again with the training we were provided this would have been an easy option had we needed/wanted to. When we returned the van, there was a concern with the awning function that we hadnt noticed and at all times Greg and Min have been approachable, clear communication, and very lovely to deal with. Its a huge thing to trust someone with their van, and were grateful to have been able to use this van and create some really precious memories with our kids. Highly recommend hiring this Van!

The van was exactly as described and incredibly comfortable. It was very functional and had everything needed for a great holiday. Melody was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating with all our requests. Pete was straightforward, with a fast and efficient setup, and explained all the operating procedures. We really didnt have to do anything. We highly recommend this van to anyone.

We had the best time with Vince!! Javier was more than helpful & so friendly - he and Vince made our first time in a campervan smooth, easy and so enjoyable. Cant wait to come back for another adventure!

Very good information and very well kept

Highly recommend hiring this van! Charmaine was wonderful - super helpful reliable and lovely. I did a solo road trip and the van had everything I needed, was easy to drive and comfy to sleep in. Cant wait to come back!

Its a very well designed camper van. We had four people in it and never felt crowded. This is our second time renting it and we would have rented it three times except it was booked out.

Absolutely love this van and the owners. John and Lisa are amazing. We have been hiring the van for our holiday in Crescent Head for the past few years and cant recommend them enough.

Great van, great communication

We hired a caravan once again recently and honestly couldnt fault the experience. It was delivered on time, had everything fully set up and ready to go, and made the whole process super easy. The van was spotless, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a stress-free trip. At the end, they came and collected it without any hassle at all zero stress from start to finish. Brilliant service, great communication and really convenient. Will absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone looking for an easy caravan hire experience.

Was advised by owner 6 days prior to our holiday that van had been damaged in a previous hire - had the option to cancel but we decided to soldier on with it, the van was towed to our site and set up for us. Found the van to be neat and had all necessities and ready to holiday. At end of our holiday they arrived on time to take the van off site. Very stress free holiday! (Great communication through out the experience/process. Would use again.)

great van in perfect condition and everything was as expected

Van was fantastic. Great quality, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and extras like bug spray & sauce that you wouldnt expect. Dale was an excellent communicator and had everything set up before we arrived. He was very quick with replies to messages and we would definitely hire again. Thanks Dale!
