Hiring rules
- STRICT HIRING RULES:
- * NO off road travel
- * NO smoking inside van
- * NO pets inside caravan
- * Awning must be retracted prior to bad weather occurring (including wind or heavy rain).
- * Toilet must be emptied & cleaned on return (additional fees will apply if not empty & clean)
- * Caravan must be clean & tidy upon return.
- * Minimum 7 day hire during Christmas and Easter School Holidays.
- * Hirer must be over 25 years of age
- * Hirer must hold an Australian Drivers License
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
