BRAND NEW VAN WITH LUXURY FEATURES They call this van 'Epic Rider' for a reason. It is EPIC. Queen size main bed with bedside tables, wireless charges, nooks, and hanging space. 2 x full size bunks each with their own USB points, and reading lights. Large leather seating area with adjustable table. Very well appointed kitchen with large sink with drainer, gas/electric cooktop with mini grill and stove, microwave, and large fridge and freezer. Plenty of cupboard space including 3 x pantry cupboards. Large separate shower, toilet, and vanity. Cold AC and heating. Washing machine. Plenty of storage. Twin batteries and Solar for off grid use. large rollout awning. Plenty of outdoor storage and fold down table. The van also comes equipped with all dinner ware, utensils, cookware, frypan, cleaning equipment, and 4 x outdoor camping chairs. Linen can be added if required (Extra). This van is our latest addition to our fleet!!!

Delivery to Evans Head is $225.00 Delivery to Yamba is $350.00 Other location $2.50 per km the van is towed - negotiable upon booking. Please be aware that once your booking is accepted, you have 72hrs to pay the deposit, otherwise Camplify will cancel the booking (This is their policy). Once contact is made with us, please keep your communication open. Even if you decide that you no longer wish to proceed, please let us know. Its no problem. Hiring rules

  • No smoking of any type inside the van.
  • The van must be maintained to the standard it was delivered in during the course of the hire.
  • The inventory (Plates, cups, knives and forks, remotes etc) must not be removed from the van.
  • The inside of the van must be cleaned, rubbish removed, plates and cups etc cleaned and put away, and used linen left in one place at the conclusion of the hire. Unless you select the 'Clean the van for me' option we may seek a $200.00 cleaning fee if this is not completed.
  • You MUST empty and wash out the toilet cassette at the conclusion of the hire failure to do so will incur a $250.00 fee.
  • If anything breaks or is damaged, please notify us. We inspect the vans thoroughly at the conclusion of the hire so if something is found broken or damaged and were not notified, we will seek the full repair costs from your bond. If we are notified, we can most likely rectify at a lesser cost or at no cost. Honesty is the best policy here.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
