Hiring rules
- No fire in the van except when cooking, just be careful
- No smoking
- No offroad (it's not a 4x4)
- Watch out the height, cannot go through some drivethrough or carpark with low roof ...
- Drive carefully, please
- It's a big van but it has a sharp turn, quite nice to drive.
- I am all good with pet in the van as long as they don't go on or in the bed, thanks for understanding.
- It will be very appropriate that you leave the van as you received it : clean and in one piece, haha !

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
