Roof mount solar panel,150 litre fridge freezer, Free camping is not recommended due to possible house battery failure. (Vehicle is located in Gosnells approx 15-20 min from airport) LOCATION - Gosnells - just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Perth Due to work commitments for a Saturday or a Monday pick up it must be after 10:30am. Any suspicious activities will be reported to Police

Hiring rules

• Van to be cleaned outside before return or $100.00 fee will apply.
• The "Clean Van For Me" option only covers the outside cleaning. The interior must be left tidy, no rubbish, dishes clean, all equipment cleaned etc or a $100.00 fee will apply at post hire.
• A full tank of fuel on return or a $80.00 fee for filling + Fuel applies.
• Toilet to be emptied and cleaned or $150.00 fee applies.
• If toilet cassette gets full from use and overflows making a mess inside the cassette compartment this must be cleaned or a charge of $500.00 for cleaning will apply.
• Not returned to home base: towing fee as per tow truck costs or $300.00 plus $5.00 a kilometer.
• (Hotshots) Short term high kilometer hires will not be considered or accepted.
• SAFETY
• THERE ARE NO HITCHING POINTS TO ACCOMMODATE A BABY CAPSULE OR CHILD SEAT
• Seat belts in cabin area are lap.
• Please note the weight limits (4 birth does not mean 4 adults it is 2 adults + 2 Child)
• Tare: 4005kg
• Payload: 485kg
• Night driving in country areas to be kept minimal due to wildlife activity (Kangaroo)
• Smoking not permitted in the drivers cab or the living areas of the motorhome.
• Please note that I do not accept booking any further North than Monkey Mia

  This was our first motorhome holiday and it was great fun and everything worked well and was as described. Carol and husband were very responsive to queries we had along the way. They lent us camping chairs and a table for free. Very happy with this hire and the service along the way.
