Why settle for a campervan? Delivered brand new in February 2026 and with the luxury feel you expect from Apollo RV, this super smooth, powerful and very economical motorhome suits solo, couples or twin travellers who seek absolute comfort on and off grid. Big lithium battery storage, gas and solar panels ensure ongoing power and hot water anywhere. Hotel Windsor is for the adventurer; offering a spacious dual-purpose layout with a big queen bed, fully appointed kitchen filled with high end appliances and a comfortable dinette designed to maximise your living space. Sit back and enjoy the day from the comfort of your spacious lounge setting. In the evening your queen size bed descends from the ceiling with the press of a button, transforming your lounge into a bedroom. Hotel Windsor features composite build technology and is powered on the very impressive Renault platform. Hotel Windsor has a generous private ensuite with a big shower, separate toilet and a washing machine. With contemporary interior design and colour pallet, LED lighting, flick mixer tapware and the latest appliances and electronics, there is no need to hire a ‘dated’ model. A standard full car license is all you need. We understand that a lengthy, awkward handover is not what anyone wants. Pick ups and drop offs are quick and efficient, whilst ensuring you have all the info you need. We can even accommodate your vehicle whilst on hire.   • 250km per day (averaged over the full hire e.g. 5 days = 1,250km included)

  • Supplied/returned with a full tank of diesel

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a wonderful trip on Hotel Windsor! A comfy modern motorhome which was so easy to drive and operate. Plenty of space for my daughter and I to spread out and feel secure and really cosy. Ashley was easy to communicate with and handover was a breeze. When I had questions during our trip, he was able to answer almost immediately. The one thing I would note is that for this motor home to be truly off grid you need full sun and a lot of it. I have hired other vans/RVs that were able to hold power and charge even if my site had partial shade or if it was overcast. Just worth knowing if youre choosing this option and selecting sites. Youre also limited in what appliances will work, so make sure you pack a USB charger for your phone etc. A fantastic hire that I would definitely recommend for any kind of adventuring!     Thanks Katherine for your 5 star review. We understand that you camped completely off grid for the best part of a week in a wooded area in overcast conditions. This will present challenges for the rooftop solar system, however we have taken the opportunity post your hire to significantly upgrade the battery capacity to counter this challenging environment in the future. Thanks for your feedback which has led to this important upgrade, which will provide peace of mind for future hirers, and indeed our own adventures.

    Ashley was great and got back to us quickly in relation to the initial booking and the subsequent questions we had. He was happy to accommodate our particular pickup and drop off needs which we really appreciated. The van was spotless and fully equipped for both on and off the grid lay overs. It's just the right size. Easy to drive, easy to park, offered excellent accommodation and a very comfort bed. Ashley and the van made our short holiday a memorable one. I would highly recommend the Hotel Windsor to anyone thinking of hiring a motorhome.

    Wow! This was an amazing trip and this motor home gave us flexibility to move around in very comfortable conditions with essential amenities like a well equipped kitchen and ensuites with just over 6.5 m length was easy to park or to find a nice spot in holiday parks / campsites. This Windsor hotel is drivable on a standard license and yet have everything you need for a memorable trip and experience. The motorhome is like new in excellent condition and the owner, Ashley is helpful, knowledgeable and happy to share from his experience. He responded to our messages fast and his communication and information was great. We recommend this motorhome for a couple that want a fast and hassle free experience and comparable to greater company this is a much better choice. Thanks Ashley and Camplify for making this happen!

    I have to be honest: at first I had some doubts because we were the first renters. But those worries were completely unnecessary. As the saying goes, you have to risk it to take the biscuit and yes, the biscuit was huge! Hotel Windsor is a dream come true on four wheels. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. The van has absolutely everything you could need and more. Theres even a music system and a TV. The fridge is huge and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Communication with Ashley was excellent, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this van to anyone. 5 stars!
