Pricing

Hire Fee: From $140.00 per day
Service fee: $125.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a fabulous time in Jilly!! The van is very luxurious, clean and comfortable. For a family of 4, it was perfect!! We would highly recommend !!

Ross was very prompt in responding to messages and very obliging in meeting some requests we had eg filling the van with water before delivery after towing up the Clyde. He was very friendly and informative when delivering and setting up the van. He very thoughtfully provided outside chairs suitable for older people who have difficulty getting out of low chairs. As well as aircon the van was fitted with diesel heating which was particularly effective during the very chilly nights. The van has a double bed and two bunk beds. The lower bunk is at a good height (not on the floor like 3 bunk vans) and the removable steps to the top bunk provided plenty of room to make getting in and out much easier. It was well equipped for the week we spend in it. We hope to hire Jilly again next year.

Very friendly owner, easy to deal with. Owner advised he had issues with the van we booked but had three others to pick from. We ended up having trouble with fridge not working on gas, luckily we had an Engel fridge in the car. Owner refunded us some money for our inconvenience which we were happy with. Overall a great time was had, I would happily deal with John again.
