Hiring rules
- Van must be returned in good clean condition
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned a fee of $100.00 will be charged if not emptied
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Shelley and Ross was great with clearing all the questions and also threw in coffee maker for us use - really appreciated that. Only feedback is to include pillows as part of the hire or add it in the exclusions - hope this helps.
