The van had everything we needed & was neat & clean. Loved the bbq. Ross & Shelly were great. Ross set up for us in 40 degree heat & still managed to be very pleasant & friendly. We had a couple of questions during our stay & they responded quickly with clear instructions, nothing was a bother. We had extreme weather unfortunately & had to pull in the awning but otherwise a very nice week.

The van and team were amazing! Our favourite one yet! it was very spacious, comfortable and easy to use! So much storage which made it so easy with kids Will definitely hire again :)

Had a few issues but they were sorted out. On delivery the power switch for the fridge was not turned on so discovered late in the day that the fridge was not cooling. Phoned and was told where to find switch. Gas ran out after 10 days - both bottles empty. We had a bottle filled and were reimbursed. However, we suspected a gas leak and advised owners. Perhaps time for owners to review their check list for drop off to avoid these issues. Other than that enjoyed out time in the van.

We had such a great holiday in the traveling bunkhouse! Was exactly as described, clean & super comfy! Everything set up and ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely book again!

We had a fabulous time in Jilly!! The van is very luxurious, clean and comfortable. For a family of 4, it was perfect!! We would highly recommend !!

Ross was very prompt in responding to messages and very obliging in meeting some requests we had eg filling the van with water before delivery after towing up the Clyde. He was very friendly and informative when delivering and setting up the van. He very thoughtfully provided outside chairs suitable for older people who have difficulty getting out of low chairs. As well as aircon the van was fitted with diesel heating which was particularly effective during the very chilly nights. The van has a double bed and two bunk beds. The lower bunk is at a good height (not on the floor like 3 bunk vans) and the removable steps to the top bunk provided plenty of room to make getting in and out much easier. It was well equipped for the week we spend in it. We hope to hire Jilly again next year.

The van was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends for our family of 4. So grateful for Shelley dropping off something we left behind to the caravan so we can pick it up.
