Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was the second time we have hired this van. Both times we were very happy with it in fact we intend to rebook for next year as well.

    The van had everything we needed & was neat & clean. Loved the bbq. Ross & Shelly were great. Ross set up for us in 40 degree heat & still managed to be very pleasant & friendly. We had a couple of questions during our stay & they responded quickly with clear instructions, nothing was a bother. We had extreme weather unfortunately & had to pull in the awning but otherwise a very nice week.

    Had a few issues but they were sorted out. On delivery the power switch for the fridge was not turned on so discovered late in the day that the fridge was not cooling. Phoned and was told where to find switch. Gas ran out after 10 days - both bottles empty. We had a bottle filled and were reimbursed. However, we suspected a gas leak and advised owners. Perhaps time for owners to review their check list for drop off to avoid these issues. Other than that enjoyed out time in the van.
