Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Molly 5.0Wonderful van! Great for families. We had an amazing holiday!
Tania 3.8Van was clean and delivered on time and collected at agreed time to our caravan park. Described as sleeps 5, however would be best described as 2 adults and 3 small children. Bunks beds very small. Fridge and freezer are a great size, queen bed very comfy. Annex was a great addition to use for a week. Few repairs needed to the van that made using windows a little difficult so was great to have the aircon.
