Van was clean and delivered on time and collected at agreed time to our caravan park. Described as sleeps 5, however would be best described as 2 adults and 3 small children. Bunks beds very small. Fridge and freezer are a great size, queen bed very comfy. Annex was a great addition to use for a week. Few repairs needed to the van that made using windows a little difficult so was great to have the aircon.

Great van for a caravan park with a powered site. Loved it.

First night was spent off grid. Either the battery is too small or on its way out as it went flat after 2hrs meaning no heating, lights etc. Issues with water pump, replaced the fuse and pump still didnt work before blowing another fuse. So no water when free camping. Once hooked up at powered site it went a bit smoother. Tv remote didnt work, replaced batteries, still didnt work. It was comfortable enough at powered sites.

Unfortunately the Van was not compatible for a non-powered site. We have 2 young boys & were unable to use the shower & by the first morning the fridge didnt even have enough power so we unpacked it into eskys. We were very disappointed to say the least. $700+ for a van with no power wasnt ideal. Without being able to come to an agreement for a partial refund with the owner we have had to go through Camplify complaints. I would feel terrible if a family spent a very cold weekend in a van without power. Maybe a backups generator would have been helpful. A 12volt led battery was never going to get us through the weekend.

Delivery and pick up service were nice. Didnt even see Damien. Vehicle is huge and it looks new.

Amazing family to hire a van from. Couldnt be more helpful and very easy pickup and drop off if towing like we did. Would highly recommend using Damien if you need to hire a van.
