One of the standout features of this van is the spacious rear garage area with full-size adult bunks, providing flexible storage and living space without compromising comfort. It's the perfect setup for families with older children, groups of friends, or anyone wanting extra room to spread out and enjoy their holiday.

Perfect for extended stays, larger groups or families wanting extra room, the optional annex provides a generous undercover living area and can also be utilised as additional sleeping space.
Guests wishing to accommodate more people than the caravan's advertised sleeping capacity are welcome to utilise the annex; however, all additional bedding, air mattresses, stretchers, swags and sleeping equipment must be supplied by the hirer.

Take a Break is equipped with:

This caravan can be used off-grid for short stays; however, it does not have an inverter or diesel heater fitted. When camping without external power, 240V appliances and power points will not operate, including the microwave and air conditioner.
The solar and battery system provides excellent support for off-grid camping; however, sensible battery and water usage is recommended to maximise your stay and ensure the best experience possible.

- Important Hiring Information
- To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the following information prior to booking.
- š PickUp & DropOff Policy
- Pickup and dropoff is from our Smeaton Grange, NSW location.
- As a familyrun business, Friday, Saturday and Sunday pickups are generally unavailable and must be specifically approved by us prior to booking.
- To help make your holiday more relaxed and enjoyable, we offer:
- ā¢ Thursday afternoon pickup (between 4pmā6pm) for 50% of the daily hire rate
- ā¢ Monday afternoon dropoff for 50% of the daily hire rate
- Many guests take advantage of this option to allow extra time for packing, unpacking and cleaning without feeling rushed.
- š½ Toilet System
- The toilet cassette must be emptied, rinsed and returned clean unless a cleaning package that includes toilet cleaning has been selected.
- Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a **$100.00 cleaning fee**.
- Any toilet overflow, misuse of the toilet system, incorrect chemical use, or contamination of the toilet cassette compartment, tunnel boot or surrounding areas will incur a **minimum $250.00 cleaning and sanitisation fee**, with additional charges payable where professional cleaning, repairs or replacement components are required.
- š BBQ Cleaning
- If the BBQ is used during your hire, it must be returned clean.
- Failure to clean the BBQ after use will incur a **$100.00 cleaning fee**.
- š¾ Pets
- Pets are welcome upon prior approval.
- Any excessive pet hair, odours, damage, staining or additional cleaning required as a result of pets will incur a **minimum $200.00 cleaning fee**, with additional charges payable where professional cleaning or repairs are required.
- ā½ Fuel & Hazardous Materials
- Fuel containers must be properly sealed and secured during transport and must never be stored inside the living area of the caravan.
- Any petrol, diesel or fuel spill inside the caravan, garage area, tunnel boot, annex or storage compartments will incur a **minimum $250.00 cleaning and deodorising fee**, with additional charges payable where professional cleaning, repairs, replacement flooring or loss of hire is incurred.
- šļø Toy Hauler Equipment Transport
- Guests intending to transport motorbikes, ebikes, quads or other recreational equipment must advise us prior to booking and comply with all loading and transportation requirements.
- š¦ļø Awning Usage
- Awnings must be retracted during strong winds, storms, heavy rain or whenever the caravan is unattended. Damage caused by misuse or failure to retract the awning may be charged to the hirer.
- šØ Damage & Emergencies
- Any accident, damage, loss or malfunction must be reported immediately.
- In the event of an accident, ensure everyone is safe and contact Camplify Roadside Assistance as soon as possible.
- š£ļø Unsealed Roads
- Travel on unsealed roads must be approved by us in writing prior to departure. Insurance exclusions may apply where approval has not been obtained.
- š Smoking
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our caravans.
- Additional cleaning and deodorising charges may apply where evidence of smoking is found.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
