We deliver to the holiday destination of your choice *subject to availability at your chosen caravan park and within 40km radius is included in your fees You just have to book the caravan park, grab the kids, the friends or your partner and head off for a fantastic hassle-free holiday. We will deliver the caravan, place it on site, level it, connect all services, make her sparkle and comfy and leave you to it. We then come back on your check out day and pack it down and tow her home. * Influencer packages available reach out with your collaboration ideas This caravan is not available for tow. Delivery only.

Hiring rules

• * No Smoking inside the van
• * No offroad
• * No pets
• * No festivals
• Hirer age restrictions (25 and over)
• We Tow and set up
• WET WEATHER All outdoor furniture and awning must be packed away and tied down before bad weather arises
• The Duchess must return clean and tidy or risk a fee
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are subject to caravan parks availability we will always communicate if you can begin your holiday sooner than stipulated by text
• No cooking inside the van (use Air Fryer Oven provided outside or camp kitchen) Toaster and kettle inside van but please check that the toaster is away from the low ceiling when on
• No free camping
• Tracker is applied to vehicle
• Major cooking is done in outside kitchen, bbq and air fryer oven provided
• EMERGENCY The Duchess is equipped with a fire blanket (located inside wardrobe door)
• Fire extinguisher ( located near the entrance on the wall) and a fire detector on the ceiling near the Queen bed
• in case of emergency contact 000 immediately
• Follow after hours caravan park protocol and then call me asap! (on our mobile)
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required via our mobile phone.
• CLEANING please leave the caravan, equipment and furniture clean. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• PLEASE NOTE: WHEN EXTENDING HOLIDAY BOOKINGS OR MOVING TO ANOTHER SITE WITH EXTENSION; Additional charges are applicable. The Hiree must inform the owner as soon as possible and then the costs stipulated and agreed upon in writing. A new booking must be made via Camplify. This policy has been set to assist owners and hirer's in insurance cover. With longer distances travelled, there may be increased costs to the hirer to charge for additional kilometers and petrol costs
• The Duchess is a part of our family and a labor of love, we require a $250.00 security deposit for your booking to ensure she is kept in mint condition, this can be done by EFT. The fee is refunded to you after you stay is complete. Thank you

  We are nervous about hiring another van from anybody else now because we know it wont even compare to the duchess! Belle goes above and beyond to pamper her guests. The van had literally everything we could have needed (aircon, comfy beautiful linen and towels, yummy treats upon arrival, beautiful wine glasses, trays for making platters, bug spray, clothing pegs you name it and she has thought of it) she responds immediately to messages and both her and her husband are lovely. The van is stunning, we got compliments every day about it from people walking past. We really hope to hire it again one day. Thanks so much
