Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

William 5.0Great Van. Jorge is fantastic.
Alper 4.0We started off expecting great things from our first caravan adventure but unfortunately one of the tyres blew out on within an hour of setting off on a dangerous stretch of the pacific motorway with only a narrow shoulderhad to limp on for about a kilometre to a safe shoulder before nether road. Couldnt get onto Camplify support so had to join NRMA. This really soured our experience unfortunately and resulted in some damage to the van too including the grey water pipes. We had to replace both tyres as the NRMA roadside mechanic said that both the spare and the other tyre were not roadworthy. We managed to salvage our holiday but not the best start.
