Welcome to Our Family Van—Relax & Enjoy! We take pride in our van and hope you love it as much as we do. What’s Included: Camp chairs for outdoor comfort Linen & pillows for all beds Cutlery, cleaning & cooking equipment TV for entertainment Basic pantry staples—coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and some condiments 🚽 Toilet Use: Best suited for liquid waste only—booking near campsite facilities is recommended for convenience. 📹 Want a sneak peek? Hiring rules

• Must be over 25 to hire
• No smoking in or around the caravan.
• No pets please
• Camplify sets the check in and Check out times. However, we can accommodate a 1.30pm check in at the earliest.
• We do include clean bedding for all beds, freshly cleaned van and bathroom ready for use.
• Also basic pantry items and gas bottles.
• Please note that during school holiday periods there is a 3 night minimum stay.
• Soft luggage & bedding only to be stored insideno bikes, fridges, hard luggage etc
• **We expect the caravan to be returned as clean as it is when you check in. leaves and sand/dirt swept, surfaces cleaned, stove cleaned, cutlery etc washed. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee being applied.
• Toilet which needs to be cleaned and emptied properly before returning the van.
• ($200.00 cleaning fee will apply if toilet is not emptied properly and is van not returned in a clean and tidy condition). If you paid for a cleaning fee, we do still expect that you maintain a basic form of cleanliness during your stay such as washing up items you use and giving floors a daily sweep or mop. All cleaning items are in the van.
• Please treat this van like your own and please report any damage no matter how minor.
• Please note that bookings must be secured with a deposit within 48 hours, and that the check in (pickup) and check out (return) times are firm.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We booked this van for several nights and the experience was nothing less than exceptional! The van is easy to use, modern, clean and very comfortable for a family up to 5 - with all the needed amenities. Beds were super comfy, the appliances easy to use and the bathroom included a shower of a very decent size Annemarie and Gavin were wonderful! They gave us a full tour of the van and step by step showed us how to use each appliance. They are very responsive with communication, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book with them again!

  Camplify was a great option for us to attend a concert in Armidale where there were limited accommodation options. It was much appreciated that we did not have to tow the van but instead had it set up onsite. Deano's Trout farm was a lovely setting with new facilities. The van was modern and spacious with a very comfy bed, a good bathroom with separate shower and ample seating. Annemarie was extremely helpful and even provided a new hair dryer. It was better than any motel!
