Hiring rules
- We will deliver the van up to 100km from Yamba. We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of diesel, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan). Set prices for popular destinations are as follows and are indicative of travel times that it takes for the complete relocation service.
- • Yamba and Brooms Head $100.00
- If you are travelling to a destination that is not included in the above prices, then please contact me directly. I’d be happy to provide a quote.
- Please report all damages no matter how small and we ask that you keep the van in a tidy condition. No smoking please
- Please note when you book, a small service fee will be charged that covers the gas bottle, cleaning products, and general wear and tear. A service fee is applied across all Camplify hires.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned or risk a cleaning fee.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition or risk a cleaning fee
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
