Sleeping arrangements include: King-size bed Two bunk beds Features & amenities: Private shower and toilet Washing machine Fully equipped kitchen with 3-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave and full sized fridge Air conditioning and fans for year-round comfort

Hiring rules

• DELIVERY We will deliver and set up the van at your campsite for your convenience
• HANDOVER You will get a comprehensive hand over when we meet at the van but are most welcome to ask questions should something be not clear by contacting Todd at anytime for clarification
• CAMPSITE Please make sure when booking your site, that the van will fit on the site. Please allow for a 9m caravan, including the drawbar. This is the hirers responsibility.
• MINIMUM STAY is 2 nights. Christmas and Easter School Holidays Minimum 5 nights. All other school holidays Minimum 3 nights (4 days)
• DISTANCE Free delivery to yamba and palmers island area. $2.95 per km for delivery outside of these areas. We prefer the van to stay within 50km of Yamba. If you want to stay further away send us a message and we can discuss (an extra fee on top of the standard delivery fee may be charged).
• OFF ROAD Not to be taken off road.
• NO PETS PLEASE
• CLEANING Van and bbq to be returned in same condition at end of hire unless hirer chooses cleaning option for additional fee of $150.00. Cleaning products will be supplied with the van for your use. Excessive cleaning required and damaged equipment will incur a $250.00 fee.
• It is expected that the hirer will empty the toilet canister into a dump point prior to handing the caravan back.
• COOKING Please do not cook meat or anything that is going to leave a lasting odor inside the van. A bbq is included for cooking meats outside or the van. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if this happens.
• SMOKING Please NO smoking in, or near the van.
• CAMPLIFY RULES Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions prior to hiring this van. Be aware that any underbody damage to the van, including tyres is the responsibility of the hirer to fix.
• EXCESS REDUCTION All hirers must pay the 'insurance excess reduction' fee through Camplify (when it becomes available).
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
