Additional information

Please request a quote for delivery & set up, cost varies depending upon location. This caravan is available by delivery only (no towing). Note - if you hire linen from us, this will include mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, blankets and tea towels. You will need to bring your own beach and bath towels.

Hiring rules

• Hire by delivery only (delivery will have a cost, please ask for a quote)
• Delivery & pick up times are flexible, please discuss when making your booking.
• The van externally & internally including Toilet Cassette must be returned clean and empty or cleaning fee of $150.00 applies.
• Damages incurred will be at the cost of the hirer.
• Please restrict food to external area where weather permits.
• No smoking inside the van, $150.00 cleaning charge will apply if any sign of smoke inside van.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• No towing or driving the caravan.
• Not available for rent at festivals.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises or at anytime if you are leaving the van.
• **Other Conditions**
• If you are not placing the caravan in a caravan park, we are unable to guarantee the power. While the caravan does have solar, the capacity of this is limited. If you are connecting to an external source (not at a caravan park), it is your responsibility to ensure the connection can handle the load, refunds are not offered in circumstances where the location/setting of the caravan is the cause of the problem.
• Your hire is only confirmed subject to good and safe access for the caravan this means if we are delivering and there is not adequate room to access or turn around or the driver feels it is too risky to place it where you ask, we may cancel the booking.
• TV reception is not guaranteed, as signal can vary depending on location and wifi is not available in our caravans.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
