Clean for me fee of 150$ mandatory for people that are not local (flying out) or that have no time to clean the car. Our vehicle has been returned in poor cleaning conditions lately by people that claimed they were going to clean it and we cannot have that as this vehicle is close to new. National Park WA pass included and linked to the vehicle. No need to pay for national park entries; (have to pay for your camp spots inside NP thought)! Linen provided for free. Doona or blanket available at 25$ per booking extra fee. Lots of extras available for rent (ask us before booking): Starlink antenna, Inflatable Paddle boards or canoes, body boards, Fins/Flippers, Snorkels and Masks for snorkelling, and more... Vehicle located near the Perth airport (5mns). Can pick you up at the airport for free! Flexible on hand-off and drop-off time. Starlink Wifi fees: Starlink antenna hire is only available for 7 days and over trips! - $15.00 per day for up to 7 days – $10.00 per day for anything above 7 days Maximum 12.5 GB per week or 50GB per month data plan. - Unlimited high-speed data! $25.00 per day for up to 7 days; $20.00 per day for anything above 7 days. • Fuel camper comes with a full tank return with a full tank, or fuel will be charged from deposit
• Vehicle Tracking:
• GPS tracking system (monitors location and speed).
• Daily Usage & Fees
• Daily Distance Allowance: 200km. Calculated over the whole trip, so 10 days give you 2000km total allowance.
• Excess Distance Fee: $.60 per additional kilometer.
• Distance calculated using Camplify's checklist system

• Strictly no access to:
• Sand dunesno beach driving outside of Lucky bay in Esperance
• River crossings
• Corrugated unsealed roads
• Soft sand roads
• Gibbs River Road

• Any offroad areas requiring medium to advanced skills! Not covered by insurance.
• Unsealed Road Policy
• An undercarriage inspection fee of $150.00 applies for:
• Any offroad driving without prior written approval
• Unsealed gravel roads beyond 10km to campsites
• Driving on extremely corrugated roads
• Note: Maximum speed on gravel roads is 60 km/h.
• Additional Fees
• Red Dust Roads: $250.00 cleaning fee
• Undercarriage Inspection: $150.00 (when applicable)
• Insurance Coverage
• Insurance does not cover 4WD roads or offroad driving (including soft sand roads)

• Cleaning Responsibilities
• Owner will:
• Provide a clean vehicle both outside and inside
• Renter must:
• Clean the entire vehicle before returning. Clean the equipment and 4WD interior. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge if needed.
• Not use power washers for cleaning
• Return the vehicle in its original condition, the same as how it was given!
• Prohibited Activities
• No pets allowed
• No smoking in vehicle or tents
• No illegal camping
• Legal Compliance
• The renter is responsible for:
• All traffic violations
• Camping violation fines
• Adherence to road regulations
• Note: For any extended trips requiring unsealed road travel beyond 10km to campsites, prior approval must be obtained at the time of booking.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.

  We had a fantastic trip from Perth down the coast to Esperance and back. The car was great, with everything you need for an adventurous holiday. Dorian was very helpful and quick to reply to all questions leading up to the trip. Highly recommend!

  Dorians van was perfect for our trip, we travelled for 11 days from Perth to Esperance and we didnt miss anything. The equipment was ideal for getting lost of civilization and just enjoy nature, Dorian was also super helpful sharing tips and proposing itineraries. I would book it again 100% sure.

  Fantastic time exploring the South of WA from Perth to Albany then onto Margaret River with 4 adults in this van. Very spacious with a swag, bags for 4 people and still enough room left for camp chairs, table etc. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Dorian is a gentleman.

  Great Car! Great RTT and awning! Everything you need for your upcoming trip. Everything was very clean on handover, well stocked and organised. The vehicle was set-up well with only minor issues of the fridge moving (owner aware and in the process of fixing). Very spacious for all our bags and equipment. Perfect for couples, singles or small families. Very comfortable for long drive. Would definitely hire again!
