Additional information
OPTIONAL EXTRAS (choose after booking) Surfboard Linen - This includes pillows, double duvet, sheets, and towels! (this is only for 2 people. The 3 and 4th people will need to supply their own linen for the queen sized swag) Recovery Tracks - choose this option of you're planning on going off-road. It includes a tire pressure gauge and air compressor for deflating/inflating tires, as well as recovery boards. The price includes 200kms per day hired totalled at the end of hire. (example: 10 day hire will include a total of 2,000kms) Additional kms will be an extra cost of 33c per km
Hiring rules
- No smoking in vehicle
- If you are OffRoading you must:
- have your full itinerary approved (certain tracks and beaches will not be allowed)
- choose the "Recovery Tracks" option (this will include all necessary recovery gear)
- choose the "clean my van for me" option (this covers the extra cleaning costs of the vehicle)
- any tire, underbody, or panel damage while offroading will be at the hirer's expense
- if there is a breakdown while offroading, it will be your expense to get the vehicle from the track/beach to the main road (in the case that NRMA is unable to access your breakdown location)
- 200 free km per day. 0.33$ per km after
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
