Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Phoebe 5.0Great van, we have used it multiple times over the last few years. Has everything you need and Glenn and Julie are great to deal with
Chelsy 2.0We didnt have a great experience. Arrived to a hot fridge which took 12 hours to cool to use, at which point the food had spoiled. Two gas bottles empty and a full one left for us to change and hook up ourselves. Advertised as off grid but hot water didnt work on gas so didnt have for the entire trip. Not ideal.

Lucia 5.0Wonderful holiday with family at Toowoon Bay. The van was in excellent condition, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The weather was mixed with rain, gusty wind and sunshine. The van was set up for us and picked up at the end of our hire. Glenn and Julie were really easy to deal with and very accommodating. We have already booked for next year.
