Hiring rules

  • No smoking in van.
  • Small pets allowed in van upon consultation. Pets not allowed on beds.
  • SUV, large 4 x 4 required to tow, standard tow ball.
  • Off road strictly prohibited.
  • Electric brake controller ( in tow vehicle) to be provided by renter, ALKO type brakes.
  • Pick up from North Gosford, or van can be delivered to site.
  • No hard luggage, bikes, prams, chairs, tables, fridges etc to be stored inside van other than provided by owner.
  • Caravan is to be returned as clean as hired.
  • Toilet needs to be emptied and properly cleaned, (failure to clean toilet will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee).
  • All damage to be reported even if its only minor.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
