Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Holiday was super fun thanks to Stuart for his beautifully renovated caravan. The caravan was very comfortable for my wife, two children and I. The caravan is clean, well organised, fitted out with everything (plus more) that you would need! It looks great, fitted us all in easily. The full kitchen and seating area were great. Stuart has added modern additions like air conditioning, a fan, TV and a range of kitchen utensils and appliances. I highly recommend Stuarts caravan
