We love the great outdoors and we love travelling in our caravan. After touring many parts of Australia in our caravan over the past 8 years, we have learnt what makes life in a caravan safe, enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable. Our caravan has been set up with this in mind. Our trips are shorter these days and so our beautiful caravan is available for others to enjoy. We have tailored our van to make sure whoever uses it has the greatest opportunity for a wonderful, safe and relaxing holiday. Our caravan is fitted with Dexter Sway Control, a reversing camera and is supplied with a weight distribution hitch to give you confidence in safely towing the caravan. Whether you like staying in caravan parks or getting off grid at free sites, you will find this caravan is set up with everything you need to maximise your enjoyment. It is spacious and comfortable and has many cupboards, a food pantry, a full oven, grill and microwave oven, a spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. Ample storage is available in the front and rear storage boxes, tunnel boot and under the bunk beds. The caravan has all the quality inclusions you need for a great holiday. It has a super comfy full queen bed with soft top mattress. All linen, blankets and towels are supplied. Corelle dinnerware is included in a well equiped kitchen with a large variety of kitchen utensils, storage containers, microwave containers, salad bowls, saucepans, frypan, wok and so on. The refrigerator is large and efficient - your ice cream will not melt in this freezer! A water filter is supplied in case water quality is poor. The van has comfortable L-shaped bench seating with movable table for your meals, games and entertainment. Of course there’s a 24” TV, radio/DVD/CD player with Bluetooth with inside and outside speakers. The caravan has the most efficient, quiet diesel heating to keep you warm on those colder nights and reverse cycle air conditioning for those warmer days. It has a large awning, front and side shades for privacy and protection from the elements, outside table and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors. The instant gas hot water system means you will never run out of hot water while showering - this is a great addition for families. It even has a hot water tap outside for showering off after your refreshing dip in the ocean, If going off grid is your style, then this caravan is just what you need. It has 190 litres of fresh water storage in two separated water tanks, a 90 litre waste tank, two 170 watt solar panels to keep the two 100 Ah Lithium Phosphate batteries charged, a 2000 watt inverter to keep your essentials running and charged, two 9kg LPG gas tanks (at least one tank full at start of hire), a great gas barbecue and more. USB ports are also available all around the van. An extra movable 100W solar panel and 3000W generator are also available if you really want to extend your stay off grid. As you would expect, basic pantry items and first aid kit are included along with all the necessary cleaning gear you may need, including chemicals for the toilet. Please keep in mind that the handover process will take about one hour. The van is generally only available for delivery to site. However I will consider hiring as tow yourself depending on your towing experience and suitability of your tow vehicle. The caravan’s Tare Weight is 2400kg and has a maximum payload of 800kg. Tow ball weight is approximately 250kg. A 12 pin trailer socket is preferred on the tow vehicle. An Anderson plug would be an advantage but is not essential. (There are specific wiring details for the 12 pin plug that I will provide on request). An electric brake controller is also required in the tow vehicle. The caravan is fitted with a reversing camera. If you will be towing the caravan I will provide a temporary cable, monitor and mounting bracket to allow you to use the reversing camera. Please contact me if you would like more information.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside. Please do not fry fatty foods inside. A portable gas stove is available to be used outside if you require it.
  • The awning is to be put away if strong winds are expected and when leaving the van for extended periods.
  • The van is to be returned cleaned and in the same condition as it was hired unless you choose the option to have the van cleaned on return. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged from the bond if additional cleaning is required. If the barbecue is used then it must be cleaned and the fat tray emptied emptied before return.
  • If the toilet is used then it must be emptied and cleaned before return. Cleaning chemicals are provided. A $125.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the toilet is not cleaned before return.
  • Please let me know if there is any damage, breakage or malfunction of any of the equipment in the caravan during your stay so that the I can ensure the caravan is in the best possible condition for the next hirer.
  • In the event of an accident or more serious damage then it is essential that you contact me or Camplify immediately to get advice on what to do.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing holiday in Peters van, we were extremely comfortable the entire time. Even though the weather wasnt great on a couple of days, the van was fully equipped to handle all conditions, which made a huge difference to our experience. Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into making the space practical, cosy, and easy to use. It really felt like a home away from home. Peter was fantastic to deal with , friendly, helpful, and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this van to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway, and well definitely be back again!
