- Usage Restrictions
- No offroad use: This caravan is designed for sealed roads only.
- Trip details: When making your booking request, please let us know where you're heading. If your plans change during your trip, kindly advise us beforehand.
- Cleaning Rules
- Return condition: Please return the caravan in the same condition as received, or a minimum $99.00 cleaning fee may be charged.
- Toilet cassette: The toilet cassette must be returned cleaned. Please ensure it isn’t more than half full during travel, or a minimum $99.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Pet Policy
- Pets by approval only: Let us know if you're bringing a pet when you submit your booking request. Pets are welcome only with our prior approval.
- No Smoking Policy
- Strictly no smoking inside or near the caravan.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kate 5.0The van was perfect and exactly as pictures showed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies inside to tables, chairs and loungers outside. Communication with Chad was excellent. He also made the delivery and pick up of the van super easy.
