Hiring rules

  • Enjoy our van, but please return it clean.
  • >The Hirer MUST empty the toilet before returning. An additional cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged if this is not done.
  • >NO smoking inside the van
  • >NO Offroad use
  • >NO Beach Driving
  • >NO Extended Gravel Roads
  • >DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
