This brand new 2025 build Franklin Razor Caravan 236 Quad 2 Axle an air conditioner, off grid gas heating, 400 watt of rooftop solar plus Lithium 200 amp battery, 3 way fridge/freezer (240 volt, 12 volt and gas operation), Microwave, Bluetooth Stereo CD system with internal and external speakers, and linked 12 volt TV. Then there is also an easy wind out awning, USB C ports throughout plus 12 volt sockets indoors and out, external kitchen, instant gas hot water system, outdoor hot water shower from van, two water tanks, and pressurised water via pump. Matilda also includes all the basics to get you going: e.g. electric plug and play brake controller, kitchen and cookware together with salt, pepper, cooking oil, napkins, cling wrap and alfoil. Outdoor tables and chairs also provided. This Fraklin Quad Bunk mobile resort is setup to provide the ultimate holiday experience! Hiring rules
- We love Matilda, we hope you do too! So that we can all have the best of experiences when using her, please do wash and clean anything that you use in the caravan. Please also let us know if there is anything that needs restocking (an inventory form will be provided) or if there have been any mishaps. Often minor breakages etc can be repaired by myself at very little cost and so can be worked out informally. Nonetheless, it is great if we know about them so we can ensure that anything that needs fixing is fixed fix before our family travels with her or another family hires her. Naturally, not everything can be cleaned and so the general booking fee includes us cleaning the outside of the caravan and other minor things like the caravan floor. We will also provide you with useful setup and operation instructions before you collect the caravan so you can familiarize yourself how it operates and just focus on enjoying a super fun holiday!

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
