TOWING REQUEST If you are requesting to tow this van please note: -MIST HAVE a 3.5T tow rating vehicle -MUST HAVE a 12 pin plug & electric brakes -MUST HAVE Anderson plug to power fridge while traveling. UNPOWERED CAMPING - Generator optional with additional charge - 2 x 95L water tanks - 100AH Battery system with roof mounted solar. ADDITIONS - Toilet chemicals supplied - All cooking utensils provided - Floor Mat - Table & Camping Chairs available if requested

Hiring rules

  • SMOKING is not permitted inside our caravan
  • HIRER must be 25 years of age or older
  • PETS are not permitted
  • COOKING Prefer meat to be cooked outside on the BBQ
  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • AWNING use with care do not leave extended in wind or unattended.
  • CLEANING Return the van in clean condition both inside and out. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $200.00
  • TOILET cassette must be emptied before returned (fee may apply if returned full)
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was our first Camplify experience and Tattum made it so easy. The communication all the way through was great and the van was great. Would definitely recommend Tattum and the Luxe to everyone.

    Great caravan for our stay in Dubbo. Tattum's communication was fantastic very responsive. The van was as described, the aircon was nice and cold even in the cray heat of dubbo. Thank you again Tattum for letting us use your caravan
