Hiring rules

- School holidays: 5 night hire minimum
- Easter: 7 nights minimum
- Christmas: 10 nights minimum
- No corrugated roads, no dirt tracks
- Pickup is after 4pm we can be flexible, please do contact us and not assume
- Please allow 3060 minutes for pickup
- Please check that the connection in your car works and is suitable for towing. Please feel free to contact us with questions
- No smoking in or around the caravan
- Please return the van in A1 condition, strict cleaning rules in place
- No pets permitted inside the van
- Gas bottles (if used) to be replaced before return or $30.00 fee payable
- Caravan to be cleaned fully inside and washed outside before returning. (Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mathew 4.3He had a great time in the van. Everything worked fine just a few things need a little tlc. Mainly the awning arms! If youve never been in an Expanda van before Id suggest taking a mattress topper to help with fold in the mattress!
