Pickup Information: Pickup times are by request. Our preferred time is after 3:30 PM, but we’re happy to be flexible depending on the time of year. If you’d like a morning pickup, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan ahead. We look forward to hearing from you! Pickup Duration: Please allow 45–60 minutes for pickup. We’ll walk you through the van setup and demonstrate how to connect it to your vehicle — feel free to come with any questions! Electrical brake controller Hire: Electric brake controller available for hire — $50.00 per hire.
Hiring rules
- *Minimum hire periods apply:*
- School holidays: 5 night hire minimum
- Easter: 7 nights minimum
- Christmas: 10 nights minimum
- No corrugated roads, no dirt tracks
- Pickup is usually after 4pm but we also offer early pickups by request.
- Please allow 4560 minutes for pickup
- Please check that the connection in your car works and is suitable for towing. Please feel free to contact us with questions.
- No smoking in or around the caravan
- Please return the van in A1 condition, strict cleaning rules in place
- No pets permitted inside the van
- Caravan to be cleaned fully inside and washed outside before returning. (Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply)
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van itself was great, had everything we needed and was easy to tow. We found it as described and in great condition. We couldnt recommend Sarah, the team & the van highly enough. 5 stars!
