Hiring rules
- No smoking in or near van.
- Pets considered.
- Awning to be packed up if wind picks up.
- Any damage must be reported. Big or small.
- Toilet must be emptied when I pick up or will be an extra cost.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Shelly 5.0Everything was excellent, the van had everything we needed and we loved that it was pet friendly too. A lovely upgrade from our usual tent! Sams communication was spot on and met us for both drop off and collection. Would highly recommend.
Ross 5.0We have always camped in a tent but thought we would try/hire a van to test things out. The Talawana was fantastic as we're the amenities provided. A great setup allowed us to be outside until we went to bed as we have always donr even in inclement weather. Highly recommend the van and owners.
